Don Carlos Moon and Pallet Knives

Both the Don Carlos Moon Knife and the Pallet Knife are available.

Original 'Don Carlos' knife – also known as a Quarter Moon Knife or a Spatula. Wooden handled with a mirror polished carbon steel blade, bevelled to sharp on both sides. Hand honed for a perfectly burr free edge. Manufactured by the OEM in Germany, this is a tool for the discerning craftsman.

The Don Carlos Original Square Face Pallet Knife is used for removing beading trimming in the window fitting and window manufacturing industries.
